House hunting
We are now house hunting, we have been approved for a $250,000 loan. Can't wait to find a house and get moved in, and out of an apartment.
WOOHOO I am going to have my own house :-)

Holy!! Well I guess this means you aren't moving back for sure lol Congrats! That's one heck of a mortgage. Just keep in mind the cobblers kids never had shoes. In other words in the long run a fixer-upper might stay a fixer-upper. Pay the extra few bucks so Geno can relax in his new home and not be working on and off the clock.

LOL that isn't alot for a house here.... check out houses in the queen creek, maricopa AZ areas on line for a 4 bdrm 2 bath...houses here go for any where of 200,000 and up to 2 million LOL... not joking....it will be a tough search to find what I want in my price range
